BlockBerry, a very important understanding with MGON...

I think some people are truly getting things twisted here waiting for MGON to transform into something major as I do believe will happen. I've been here with MGON for years waiting for things to mature. I've seen a few operations come and go with not fully closing to be put into MGON. All they have to do is get it right once, especially with this share structure, and I believe they will.

The #1 fear in the market is dilution. MGON has not had any dilution in years with its Outstanding Shares (OS) remaining at 196,095,060 shares:

I'm taking my chances to patiently wait that they will no matter how long it takes. MGON is a rarity as they simply have not and do not dilute. They previously stated no dilution and no reverse split. The kept the Authorized Shares (AS) for the common shares to remain at 200 million shares and increased/created preferred shares of 54 million:

This leads me to think that any consummation of deals and acquisitions will be done through the use of preferred shares. So far, I think the market is just a little slow in realizing what has already been quietly released or I challenge anyone to show me another stock at this price with an OS of under 200 million shares with all of this under it:
