Remember, Rosie has not complied with Judge Walrath's signed order allowing the Denied Claims Reserve (128K) shares to be returned YET.

It could be when we see these DCR shares returned we also see a new preferred offering along with about 50 million common shares returned to Marker Holders but only time passing and filings will show us the way forward.
