Anybody familiar with $GCGX knows the $GCGX completed an acquisition last yr and exchanged 1.1 billion shares.

Now in order to get those shares the Shareholders had to surrender their old certs for the $GCGX certs.

So as the shares are exchanged what’s happens the total O/S goes up.

It’s time to give up on the merger is fake this is fake that is fake the name change will never happen blah blah blah.

So sad to bad they already happened!!!
