You've summed up my thinking perfectly.

All they need to do is get current on OTC markets and put out 4 to 6 weeks worth of consistent news releases and voilà.

Just need the following base(holding the float tightly) to keep building, our SS, a chart like ours, no notes like us, and a good sector. Inflows of new strong holders with each step towards transparency of goals/deals coming imo.

Needs to stay in the public eye.
