I like the way you are thinking. Based on the technicals and the shared structure here, a run to a nickel is not out of the question in short sequence. All they need to do is get current on OTC markets and put out 4 to 6 weeks worth of consistent news releases and voilà.

But a rapid run to .02 within a few days or a week is doable on a strong enough driver.

Watching closely now for the first significant catalyst to drop. I think you are right though… I think we are very close now to some significant transparency and the real kick off to begin.
