AZ, when I look at the latest QSR, the section on the DCR seems to be muddied by the "potential" for class 18 claims returning etc. I get the feeling that they are not about to release left over funds until all is settled/determined. Do you have further thoughts on the DCR portion?

On the other hand the DEE section clearly stats that the criteria for releasing the shares has been met and they can be released. I believe the cork has been removed from this wine bottle and we may see shares distributed at end of the month..IMO.
