Hard to say. If you read the 14c it's same ole same ole. Funds can be used for paying down debt or acquisitions or funding continuing operations etc. Originally got in on low share structure and potential of medical device more long term play. Deep in the red now . The raising of authorized pretty much blind sided me. Such as life suppose nothing is a given.
