One of MANY!!! Believe me, I have been around for 10 years invested and following every strategic move (or lack thereof) by this CEO. Pizzing off USA FDA by selling product through Canada to USA when not USA FDA cleared. Submitting inefficient data knowing FDA will not clear (ALLAY and BACK). NOT USING the same FDA legal consulting firm For Full Clearance, when that got you foot and knee cleared (what a joke). Total arrogance and disgust for all the shareholders that have kept this company going. As in their 'family loan arrangement for 50% stock price discount for reimbursement of shares for their loan. If that is not SCREWING the stockholders who ALL have to pay FULL price for the stock, I don't know what is!!

Please, anyone that has been here as long as I have, knows the incompetence and arrogance we have had to put up with for soooo long. If any long time shareholders are defending this CEO, they are in cahoots with him, in some form or arrangement. ALL IMO
