So, might point exactly over the past few weeks: news keeps coming, but volume and PPS arent moving. This thing has been diluted to the hilt over the past year (and I doubt it’s over, given yesterday’s announcement’) and this ticker is worn out. People have heard ‘wolf’ cried too many times - even with a potential RM, no significant buyers care anymore.
