Besides all the comments on the $5 million.
Who is to know that Carter doesn’t have the $5 mil now.
Maybe he could have paid the inventors right then but he might have negotiated payment after a win.
Carter knew how to take the patents to court against the infringers where as the inventors might not have had a clue or didn’t have the cash for the legal fees. I understand that to fight a patent infringers the court cost is about $1.5millions
A lot of comments but nobody has the answers.
So personally I am sleeping very nicely and no worries about winning and the $5 million that Carter has to pay
