Converts at a penny. Worse than toxic. SEC should have this garbage shut down before this noteholder (Delgado?) gets a chance to fleece around $6,000,000 at $0.20 or $9,000,000 at $0.30 or $15,000,000 at $0.50...on about $262,000 "invested"...sweet deal! Does provide great incentive for the pump & dump manipulator, though...
I now, after mulling over some factors and historical events, believe that Delgado <(possibly)> is selling these shares before their restrictive period has elapsed.
