WHY?
The point I was trying to make is, do these Banks, out of receivership LOSE any chance of getting their share?
I would think they WOULD still get their share.
Weren't they wronged?
Just as I think 'we' would still be in line regardless of receivership situation.
Where else would the litigation money go?
Does the FDIC just get to keep it? I hope not!
