Wonder when we will see the voting results ..... should have been filed already ...... guess we'll get them shortly after this post. No replay of the SMH to listen too that I saw.

Love to see how many votes were withheld for BoD members ..... I assume the increase in the authorized shares was rubber stamped.

Of course shareholder apathy is the order of the day as relates to ZIVO. Didn't even have half of the potential votes sent in for last year's annual meeting. Dahl has beaten shareholders into submission.
