LMFAO! Really? Please explain how a SEC case against a individual who was not a officer of JAMN, only a financier, could possibly be of benefit to this defunct company. The case is USSEC v. Wayne Weaver.
Tell us who Wayne Weaver is and how he is associated with JAMN.
And you do realize that if this case is overturned then it actually goes AGAINST JAMN because the SEC contends that WEAVER SCREWED JAMN and the shareholders. If Weaver wins then he gets away rather than paying for his crime!
