Every time anyone retail buys a micro cap stock the broker is short those shares. They are required to cover after three days but no one checks. This is how the dtc works and that is why the spreads are so big on micro cap stocks. This stock super thin so covering 100k shares is an issue. One million is a huge problem. the market makers can see who is short and what is available to sell. They see your whole position if it's on the dtc. If we can get some news a little information flow we will run like wolves this summer. If not maybe winter.
