Buy back of Fractional shares
Deletion from FINRA and from Pink Sheets and cease trading
Forward exchange to a different class of shares

The complete change of the share structure is not something to announce to your shareholders ?

As for announcing anything good or bad, or accomplishments, this company will refrain from those and keep us in the dark until they are forced to go public by a major investor, if they can ever acquire one.

As for acquiring a major investor, it may difficult if during negotiations they look at his track record of accomplishments and his complete disregard for shareholders.
