Nowhere does he say commercialization. He has stated in a previous disclosure the two additional tanks will be used for continued R&D along with the test tank from last June/July 2018 stocking.

It is easy to assume the shrimp did not grow as planed. The are conducting further testing - not a commercialization build out.

stocks are projected to be added monthly.

24-26 tanks with 24-26 electrocoagulation units are needed for full commercialization.

Three metropolitan areas were projected for commercialization build out.
