I agree! Well, maybe it's not a scam, but if it walks like a duck... well we all know the expression. But even if none of the aforementioned suspicion notwithstanding, for certain this behavior of BIEL's management is not normal. If BIEL would just advertise and/or give public pronouncements about the merits of its product, on whatever platform(s) to be had by BIEL, thus, this would put a lot of public pressure on the FDA to do the right thing . But BIEL won't do anything to promote its product. Apparently, BIEL is not even trying to protect its product from unscrupulous GPs, who reportedly, are engaged in thwarting potential customers from purchasing its product. Why is this happening?! Maybe the SEC should be notified and asked to look into this astonishing behavior of BIEL's management. Maybe the FDA is a co conspirator, who knows.
