I have no problem with the fact that Carter owes $5M payable in 2020.
This guy is certainly no fool so when he bought the patents with a payment due in 2020 he definitely knew that the case would be all settled and he would have the money to pay his little debt of $5M
Thinking otherwise would mean no faith in Carter and like I mentioned about Carter has experience in things like this
