I remember the XM NASCAR deal and I made money on it. All I can say is they always put a disclosure statement as the intention of what they are going to do as most penny's do. Best laid plans and all of that. There is cash in the company ,it's in the reports. Cash in bank and AR are both listed and they are 6 figures deep. That's not a few cups of coffee. To bad their latest apparently doesn't taste good!
