I agree that advertising agencies would have wanted cash up front. Posters on the board stated they knew the company had agreements where percentage of sales were the “payment” since the company has nearly zero cash. How did the company pay for super bowl and Grammy ads if they had no cash? Shouldn’t we see hundreds of thousands in advertising expense last quarter? Website traffic was up 300% after those two ads ran. So they sold 9 boxes of white coffee rather than 3 for a couple weeks?

I’ve followed the company for 6 or 7 years. People continue to get burned. It’s a scam because the company makes promises they know they can’t keep to entice shareholders into buying worthless shares. Do you remember when they were promoting the stock on SiriusXM stating their application was approved for uplisting to NASDAQ? How about when they said they sold hundreds of franchises for their coffee shops. Why did no locations ever open? Not to mention the ice cream that has national distribution agreements but they never reported any sales.
