iowa. I actually openened an ATrade account yesterday for the sole purpose of trying to buy HVLN (knowing thatI couldn't) and am now in e-mail conversations to find out why they won't let me buy it.

You should send them an e-mail now that you have an account and ask why you can't buy it. If enough people e-mail them about it (and I know a LOT already have) they may start to squirm a bit, which would be nice.
