I'd suggest more tomatoes, perhaps. Just a few more. It's a pasta dish that can feature proportionately more tomatoes and less pasta, making it somewhat less fattening. Now, I don't think I'd use quite as much pasta.
But you can fool around with the amounts of the ingredients however you like. Naturally you can also make more or less of it. It's one of the few pasta dishes that's still good the next day.
