IDK. I still think CommScope is in the negotiations, at least vicariously through Arris. Remember, Arris is on the hook. These patents would be a great enhancement to their business.

At any rate, I just don't see Carter and Spangenberg bringing shareholders along for the ride. IPwe is privately held. I think they buy out minority shareholders if UOIP wins a settlement.
