Looks there not going to adhere to anything from what I can tell.Symbol is dark or defunct just like his other ticker has been for 9 months.They should have at the very least provided a time frame for when financials will be out if they were truly working on them.My guess it stays delinquent just like his other ticker and eventually just goes away,so sad they have such little respect for their investors so so sad.
