I believe this to be the case and if true, could throw a huge monkey wrench in this whole thing. I just find it hard to fathom that with CFO squad being on the audit from the beginning, we still are waiting in the wings 8 months later. And also if true and Roger does come clean, we'll be seeing sub 0.01's really fast. Maybe the reason for the lack of update on the audit progress and reason for it still be pending. By not coming clean if there are legal issues, then we can toss around the "growing like crazy" excuse as the reason for the audit not being completed. It's looking more likely the longer this goes on. Hope I'm wrong, but my track record says otherwise.
