That's hilarious because large companies that do acquisitions wait 6-9 months before closing so the financial can be combined without delays. Could you imagine that rhetoric that would have been spewed had $GCGX taken the same path....WOW that would have been disastrous...know when the fins come out they will be completed and each subsequent quarter will flow on time....
