Several years ago management changed strategy from challenging patent violators in court to being "Mr. Nice Guy" and begging to get paid for our patents. It does not work!
Qualcomm will get $4.5 billion from it's Court settlement while we are still in the street begging for our share. Do we or don't we have the 4G and 5G patents we brag about? If so then why are we not getting paid by the infringers?
Our management is sitting on their hands except when it comes bonus time. They need to find a whole new team to move us forward and pack their bags.
This was a booming company two years ago but complacency set in and we stockholders are getting the shaft.
I love what our engineers and employees have to offer but it has to monetized for the shareholders benefit.
All these "trials" in Europe do not put one red cent in our pockets.
Time to concentrate on profitability.
