$55 million isn't the value of the tech, it's an artificial price of the stock achieved through fraudulent stock price manipulation.

SHMP (and F&T) couldn't even put together a Harvest Report no way they can achieve a valuation for tech that doesn't work greater than five or ten thousand dollars.

It doesn't work.

How many times does SHMP, F&T Water and Latitude have to prove that? A buyout for $110,000,000 or $165,000,000? NEVER going to happen. NEVER. There is ZERO value at SHMP. Just a constantly manipulated share price of a thinly traded stock.
