why?

they have no sales

the distribution agreement isn't signed (may be because the units haven't been certified in the countries they want).

they cannot make any more units

they aren't interested in doing any thing in their other divisions either. as no value in the "concierge pharmacy" or the DR Gupta's CBD products - which do not exist.

so explain why the stock price will hit $1 - unless you know of a R/S
