Incorrect. Warrants are now full coverage. One warrant gets one common share at strike price.

When a warrant is exercised, the strike price must be paid along with the return of the warrant and a single share of common stock is issued to the warrant holder.

A warrant is simply the right to buy a share of common stock at a fixed price...i.e the warrant holder still needs to purchase the share.
