Break even for shares vs warrants:

Today, you can get 2.96 warrants for the price of a share.

The break even point is now a PPS of $4.88. If the stock meanders above that point, you'd make more profit if you bought warrants today rather than shares of the stock. Below that PPS, shares make more profit.

Of course, an investor will have to pony up the strike price for the warrant in order to realize the profit.
