Both are toxic market makers (MMs) and they matter because they set a bad discourse for the OTC and traders. Watch the L2, CFGN sells into the bid while VNDM holds the ASK hostage forcing the bids lower by shorting it. It's complete manipulation and bullshit. Just Google toxic OTC market makers and read about it..not trying to scare anyone, just making people aware of the games.
