IMO IF, and that's a big IF, there is anything left it may be from ownership of residual interests in MBS Trusts created by WAMU. These residual interests, to my knowledge, are paid out by the Trustee to the holder upon the liquidation and dissolution of the Trust. If that's the case we may have to wait till all the Trusts interests are liquidated and Trusts closed and/or when all administrative issues (Bk etc) preventing such distributions are resolved.
