You were looking for a rinse and repeat in Validian:

You're also saying that penny stocks never die they just rinse and repeat. Actually, penny stocks die all the time. And a rinse and repeat, if it were actually going to happen, would have happened long long ago. 15 years

So name changes usually indicate rinse and repeat not always but usually in penny stocks. So there was one to American Gold Group Inc. (February 3, 1992), another to American Group, Inc. (August 26, 1992), another to Global Science Corp. (December 23, 1993), and one to SOCHRYS.com Inc. (August 9, 1999) when they acquired Graph-O-Logic, S.A. with the final name change on January 28, 2003, to Validian Corporation.

The point is there were various name changes and rinse and repeats. this one by Bruce has lasted the longest, almost 20 years, and he has milked it to the bitter end. Like I said penny stocks never die they simply reinvent themselves or do a reverse merger to take private companies like Graph-o-logic public.

Yes, 20 years of Bruce and not a single marketable product, that is the point! He came on board with the name change to Sochrys as a consultant and he never left. He simply took control, fired all the employees, appointed himself chief cook and bottle washer, and milked investors over $35 M in Sales and Marketing expense when he never had a commercialized product.
