Is uoip done as a company if this lawsuit doesn't pan out? I don't know. I have not looked into the financials and am only in it for the lawsuit. But from what I've read, some companies go grey to save every little penny they can. Cleaning up past filings can be a huge nightmare. Why pay to stay listed if you are going to go belly up anyway if the lawsuit goes against you. JMO
