As the judge was trying to explain to her using common sense...the alternative to Class 19 losing 1% of funds that are not a certainty at all, the LT will have $24M added to their Class 18 debt that must be paid.

This will, if we believe the LT, reduce the amount of funds that could be potentially available for distribution to Class 19. I'm not sure why this simple concept is this difficult for some, including AG, to grasp.
