If I recall correctly, Ken put out PRs in late 2018, and maybe early 2019 -- pre-GSF-announcements -- that he was transferring EGOH and MDCN 'assets' to NWPN. So, in hindsight, he wasn't entirely silent about something that was going on. He just left people guessing about what he was up to (and whether it would ever amount to anything, as nothing he's done so far has amounted to anything).

I would have liked to have seen financials released first, pre-R/S, but the fact that the R/S was approved seems to indicate that financials *are* 'in', and have been accepted; they just haven't been made public. Maybe they only catch up EGOH under Ken's time, which probably means they are cringeworthy. But, maybe we'll be pleasantly surprised, and find GSF releasing their own pre-merger financials.
