The GP should run a LAB test AA/EPA ratio - The question is about AA\EPA ratios, is the patients blood serum level of EPA low? 4 grams is the approved dosage not 2 grams.

AA/EPA ratios have been linked too other inflammatory diseases not just Heart Disease.
