Yes, with the announced Amethyst deal, it clearly indicates he thinks the share price should appreciate (consider he is the biggest shareholder by far).

At the same time, we are not seeing any signs of P&D PRs and I suspect we do get more feedback soon.

Buy big and hold for major upside like many 100mn float (best guess) plays. The bid/ask spread indicates float is locked up nicely.
