Well, I don't disagree with you except for one assertion, and that's regarding your take on managerial incompetence. I don't ,think they are incompetent, at all. This behavior is calculated and executed as planned by these people. I don't know for sure why this is being done, but I have my theory; I guess, much like many others on this board. Again, I don't disagree with you, but I do think expectations must be tamped down a bit when BIEL, or the FDA is involved. That's It!!
