It's sad when people start reaching for anything they can to support payment to escrow. We keep rehashing the legal process over and over again. If you look at the legal process everything points to payment that should be happening but it's not. That means someone is keeping the money from flowing or there is no money to pass to escrow. It's been established by AZ that the money will not come from LT but from someplace else. Surely things are not been held up because some attorney wants to benefit financially. I think there is a missing link in the process or as I have already stated there is no money to pass to escrow.
