You are right.
I know you read Charts so you know that if $VIBI breaks 0.0013 line (double bottom) PPS would fall in the low trips before finding new support.
More than 5 (five) days with Bid under 0.001 at close would cause immediate delisting from OTCQB (NO GRACE PERIOD) and then bye bye Company !!

So I don't think it is possible to buy at 0.0013 because the Bid must be armored.

Mr Gert is playing with fire because the company is in danger.. unless there are major works in progress and all we have seen is part of a plan that we do not know.
