True. If a company deregisters with the SEC (files a form 15), they become a Pink, and are not required to make any disclosure at all, to anyone.
ECOS has not filed a Form 15

Again...ecos could/couldn't be except from filing...we don't know... but what we do know... per my phone call today to the SEC Delinquent Filings Group at (202) 551-5466 is that ecos is not under any indictments.


As long as they remain SEC registered, they are not exempt from filing requirements...period.

Please help save the earth. It's our only source of chocolate.
