Lets really pay attention to the "rules" provided by the SEC rather than self promoted ihub posters.

clearly...if the SEC had an issue with ECOS they would have sent a letter as per this:

"The Division of Corporation Finance identifies reporting companies that are delinquent filers and usually provides them with notice of their failure to submit periodic reports. If a reporting company identified as a delinquent filer fails to submit its periodic reports, the SEC may revoke the registration of the reporting company."

Again...ecos could/couldn't be except from filing...we don't know... but what we do know... per my phone call today to the SEC Delinquent Filings Group at [phone] is that ecos is not under any indictments.
