I personally know this genius ( Liszicasz )since 1985, amazingly gifted at fundraising under all circumstances, although not quite as good at technical things. Tends to make up stories, but seems to sincerely believe in them himself. Every word, without obvious exceptions, of that CV/resume is fantasy.

Has been at it since 1996 under different names.
