Well, if you're into conspiracy theories, the FDA approved those first two before Actipatch started getting recognition for its value. Now it has the attention of the medical industry in a big way. And it's ahead of everyone. So you either buy it or slow it down some way.

As for me, I think the FDA is just another government agency that can't get out of it's own way. So the company has to just be persistent.
