This is very old news. They never received a Wells Notice. I doubt anything is coming of this, just a short who sought to undermine the company by other means in my opinion,

The FDA does not open a FORMAL investigation because somebody complains.

The might start an informal inquiry. But for that to be escalated to a formal investigation they need to see something themselves. Not just some "short" complaining.

The SEC investigation may well come to nothing, but the assertion it is simply acting only on a complaint by somebody is bogus.
