I really think what we're seeing is MM's playing games. First they get people to sell by lowering the pps then when they collect enough shares they conduct a rally to get people to buy the shares they just collected. This they do over and over again. If news happens they will conduct the same games at higher prices. The pps doesn't matter to them.

JMO of course.
