How about this for a conspiracy theory about why Arcaro/Baumann can hijack so many empty shells out of Nevada.
Fred Bauman used to be a partner in a Nevada law firm Rosenfeld Bauman Forbes. Rosenfeld declared bankruptcy and was barred by Nevada for 5 years plus 2 years probation for over 200 infractions. Bauman has now stopped the issuing of sign off letters for year end financials.
Now here is something very weird. The third lawyer Forbes is Sheri Ann Forbes now the DEPUTY ATTORNEY GENERAL for the STATE OF NEVADA.
its no wonder why the Arcaro/Bauman custodianships get the Nevada rubber stamp approval.
